1)Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)
This is the most common GIT problem in many peoples. In this disease, the stomach acid back reflux to the food pipe and you may feel burning sensation in the middle of your chest. The main cause of this condition is overeating and junk foods. If they are not cured they may lead to bad breath and other complications. Treatment includes PPIs and any antacids but if not cured you should consult your doctor.
2)Crohn's Disease
This disease is the combination of many conditions known as Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD). According to Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, 780,000 Americans are affected by this disease. The most common symptoms of this disease are abdominal pain, rectal bleeding, and weight loss. Rare percentage of people experience Crohn's vomiting. The treatment is pain relievers and some immunosuppressants and surgery in a chronic condition.
3)Bloating
Bloating and constipation are more common among the people. Constipation and bloating symptoms include tenderness of tummy and decrease the number of bowels. But they are treated by some OTC drugs such as laxatives.
4)Hemorrhoids
Presence of red blood cells in the bowel could be the sign of hemorrhoids. About 75% of Americans over the age of 45 have hemorrhoids. The main causes of this disease are the lack of fiber in your diet and severe constipation. 5)Peptic Ulcers

The common symptoms include abdominal pain specifically in the stomach, loss of weight and bad breath. Treatment includes Proton pump inhibitors(PPIs) along with an antibiotic such as amoxicillin and should avoid junk foods.
6)Gastritis

Gastritis is the condition in which the inner lining of the stomach is inflamed which leads towards perforations which is a life-threatening condition. Gastritis pain location is the upper abdominal area. The sign and symptoms of gastritis include bloating, constipation, pain, and acid reflux. The main cause of gastritis is stress and use of NSAIDS drugs such as aspirin for a longer period of time. The treatment of this includes some anti-biotics and PPI’s.
7)Ulcerative colitis
It is the autoimmune disease which attacks the innermost lining of the colon and rectum. They cause sores and ulcers in the intestine. The common symptoms are rectal bleeding, diarrhea with blood and weight loss. The end stage of this disease is cured by surgery. Experts say that ulcerative colitis cure by yoga.
8)Gallstones
The gallbladder is a small pear-shaped organ present right beneath the liver which holds the secretions of the liver which is responsible for digestion of lipids in the small intestine. Sometimes stones are formed in the gallbladder and they block the secretion which causes severe pain in the upper abdomen. The stones are formed due to some factors such as diet and increase the level of cholesterol. Gallstones symptoms include pain and weight loss. The permanent treatment of gallstones is the removal of gallstones through surgery.
9)Diverticulitis
Formation of small pouches along the wall of the intestine is known as diverticulosis. The inflammation of these small pouches is called diverticulitis. Abdominal ultrasound showed that these pouches are mostly formed at the end of descending and sigmoid colon on the left side of the abdomen.
Symptoms include chills, Fever, bloating, Nausea and rectal bleeding.
Treatments include antibiotics for diverticulitis for the infections and also treat constipation because this is the major factor to form the pouches in the intestine.
10)Anal Fissure
An anal fissure is a small cut in the inner lining of the anus. It is not a very serious condition but causes severe pain during the bowel movement. Anal fissure symptoms include severe pain and bleeding after the bowel movement. The main cause of this problem is constipation because hard bowel causes the pressure on the lining of the anus which causes the cut in the lining.
Treatment includes the use of soothing ointments at the area of cut, numbing creams and pain reliever. Take diet with more fiber in order to treat constipation which is a major factor to cause this problem.
